Happy Holidays!

Today I'm excited to share with you some of the things I've made for my family for Christmas!

I made this painting for my mom. I used Chinese ink for the whole painting. I'm glad she liked it! I also have a work in progress photo of this:

I made a few clay charms for my older sister. These were all so fun to make!

A cute s'mores!

 Mint ice cream.

Pancake with maple syrup and butter on top.

And my favorite, a doughnut necklace!

The s'mores and doughnut are best friends!

And last but not least, I painted this acrylic painting of Santa going down a chimney with his sack full of toys!

Octopus Charms

This past week I've been really busy getting ready for Christmas, mainly making lots of presents! I can't share a lot of what I've been making lately until after Christmas, but today I have these cute pink octopus charms to share with you!

These were sculpted out of polymer clay with painted on acrylic facial features. I've tried a few different ways of making simplified octopuses and these little guys seem to have turned out the best!

I hope you're excited for the holidays, which ever ones you celebrate!

Watercolor paintings

A watercolor I painted of a Northern Flicker's feather from my backyard.

Another watercolor painting, of a snail on a branch. This was inspired by my Helix Aspersa snail Gary!

New Charms!

A few polymer clay charms I've made this past week!

These cute little bears were really fun to make, besides that I had forgotten to put the eye pins in before I baked them! So before they cooled down and the clay was completely hard I was burning my fingers trying to poke the eye pins into their heads! With a bit of glue they stayed and (Hopefully!) won't fall out.

Next I have this cupcake charm complete with sparkly pink frosting oozing down the sides! I brushed pastels onto the cupcake to give it a warm baked look before adding the frosting.

I think they're all waiting to gobble up the cupcake!

Popsicle Charms

Today I sculpted polymer clay Popsicle charms! These were really fun to make and they're super cute!  I also handmade the eye-pins out of wire.
I used FIMO and Premo! clay and toothpicks for the Popsicle sticks.

A Popsicle family!

Small Watercolor Painting

A small watercolor I painted of a happy land with bunny-like creatures roaming about!

I used colored pencils for some details such as the dark pink outline around the bunny creatures and on the flowers.

My Birthday!

Hi everybody! Yesterday was my birthday and I want to share with you photos I took of some of my gifts. I had the most wonderful birthday I could've asked for!

Thank you Mom, Dad, Aria, Zoe, and Ava for all the love you have given me and the wonderful cards and gifts.

I squealed with delight when I saw all the tiny bowls and pans! There's nothing better than miniature stuff!

I can't wait to fill this tiny candy jar with all sorts of candy!

Thank you for the best birthday ever!
